It would have been nice to see the all of the lithograph, but I don’t see any reason to doubt that it is by William Harold Hancock (1920-2006).
This is the only lithograph I found:

You can find examples of his painted signature among these paintings, and it looks the same as the printed signature on your lithograph.

I’m not sure if it’s a print or an original. If it’s original how much would it be worth
Based on other sales an original pastel on paper would cost between 50 and 200 USD, but it is a print made in 1000 copies. Yours is number 336 from that edition. Furthermore it is signed in the stone (printed signature), as well as signed in pencil.
